Shanette Tiquin

Shanette has 26 years of experience in education – eight as a principal of a Top Twenty academic Gauteng school and four as the executive head of a private start-up school. Shanette’s start-up school grew to an enrolment of 1365 learners within four years with 81 staff members and a 38% EBITDA (profit). Through her association with UK-based firm Pixl, Shanette has been exposed to various cutting-edge educational milieus and is a best-practice practitioner.
Shanette’s gift is diagnosing challenges and then finding bespoke, practical, smart solutions that everyone will want to buy into.
Sipho Mpisane
B. Ed, Masters in Educational Leadership, Policy and Management
Sipho has extensive experience in teaching and upper management within a broad variety of schools. He has worked in no-fee schools, financially affluent independent schools and on-line schools.
His passion for technology in education has resulted in him focusing a lot on educator development and 21st century teaching. His thesis took a look at 21st-century competencies. He has also been involved in implementing cognitive acceleration interventions to accelerate the reasoning levels of children.
Chris Sydenham

Chris has worked in education for over 40 years in the wider London area, firstly as a teacher of Maths, then senior leader and school principal.
Subsequently she provided professional support and guidance (in the UK, Uganda and South Africa) to school leaders to improve the life chances and educational outcomes for students.
She is particularly focused on enabling school leaders and parents to support students in developing practical strategies to grow in confidence, become accomplished learners and achieve their goals.
Sherlyne Erasmus

Sherlyne is a highly efficient, innovative, and methodical marketing manager with 12 years of experience working in the Independent Schools arena.
Having spent the first ten years of her career in the classroom as an educator dedicated to serving and making a difference in the lives of youths, she understands the rhythm of a school environment which makes planning marketing strategies far more effective.
Her passion is to grow organisations and focus on taking them from success to success.

Dean has extensive experience in educational management across various institutions. His passion for learner and staff development with a particular focus on peripatetic leadership combined with his ability to motivate and inspire makes him an invaluable motivational speaker and leadership development mentor. Dean’s extensive theological knowledge underscores his understanding of leadership principles.
